Dolphin Marina at the Cove

The Cove Marina is located on the Chesapeake Bay at 11 Mainsail Drive in Elkton, MD, close to New Jersey and Pennsylvania. It is our newest marina offering excellent amenities, convenient location and amazing scenery.

The marina consists of 89 large slips, half of which were built in 2018 and are now undergoing major updates. The remaining slips are being rebuilt from scratch.

Amenities will include upgraded bathrooms and showers, office, marine retail store and a repair shop. The marina offers a 45 ton travel lift, a launch ramp for trailers and extensive on-land areas for boat winter storage.

Palmer Landing Marina

Palmer Landing Marina is located in the Shippan area of Stamford, approx 1 mile south of Downtown and within convenient distance to most of the attractions which Stamford has to offer, including restaurants, bars, shopping (retail and grocery). The marina is located in a private community with ample parking, refuse disposal and amenities.

Amenities include private bathrooms and shower area, refuse disposal, shared BBQ area, key-code entry gate, friendly gated community of residents and boaters.

The marina is located on the inland, protected side of a harbor storm gate and seawall complex which closes during storm/hurricane events, providing protection during storms. Bubblers are activated during the winter season at designated slips, protecting against ice buildup, allowing boats to be stored in-water throughout winter. Slips are wide and there is virtually no water current, allowing for easy docking. Each slip is equipped with a water connection and individually metered 30 Amp and 50 Amp power connections which operate year-round.

Description:	The Silverton 34 Motor Yacht, aft-cabin design has a fairly wide beam and includes two reasonably sized staterooms inside along with a full-size dinette and stall showers in both head compartments— no small achievement in a 34-foot hull. The forward stateroom is surprisingly roomy and very much the equal of the aft cabin when it comes to floor space. Both head compartments come with shower stalls, and a serving counter separates the galley from the small salon. Features include a hardtop and radar arch, light oak interior woodwork, molded steps from the aft deck to the swim platform, and a bow pulpit.
